What does this endpoint do?

The purpose of this endpoint is to retrieve all quotes based on a specified filter. If a quoteId is provided, it will return only the corresponding quote, the provided quoteId can be the generated identificator in the request a quote endpoint or the document first identificator returned in this endpoint.

To make it more performatic you can filter using more assertive parameters.
